Please send your tax-exempt documentation and the email address you used to create a store account to customer.service@greatbooks.org. Once we have received and processed your documentation, we will promptly inform you that your account is now tax-exempt, and you will be able to proceed with your orders without any tax-related concerns.
Please note that once your account is marked as tax-exempt, we are not able to process tax refunds for orders placed before the tax exemption status is applied. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
