Returns and Refunds
I need to return an item or request a refund.
To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service team at 800.222.5870 or email us at customer.service@greatbooks.org.
If you need to return print materials, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include both the RA number and the original order number with your return shipment. Please note that unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Return authorization timelines are as follows:
- Schools: Requests must be made within 90 days of receipt.
- All other customers: Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
A restocking fee of $3.00 per item will apply to all returns. Credit will be issued for returned materials, less applicable restocking fees and original shipping charges, provided the merchandise is received in resalable condition.
Please clearly label the outside of the package with your Return Authorization number (RA-0####) and include a copy of the RA paperwork inside the box.
For your convenience, we recommend shipping returns via UPS or FedEx so the package can be tracked to our warehouse. Please pack materials securely, as damaged items cannot be accepted for credit.
Once the returned materials are received at our warehouse, please allow 7–14 business days for processing. Providing the tracking number for your return may help expedite the process.
Please note that Return Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Digital Classroom and On-Demand Training purchases are non-returnable once the customer has logged in.
