Returns and Refunds

I need to return an item or request a refund.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at 800.222.5870 or send an email to customer.service@greatbooks.org. If you need to return any print materials, you must first obtain a return authorization. Please make sure to include the return authorization number and the original order number when returning the items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Schools have 90 days from the customer receipt to request authorization for returns, while all other returns must be authorized within 30 days. Please note that there is a restocking fee of $3.00 per item for all returns. To receive a credit for the materials, minus any restocking fees and original shipping costs, please ensure that the merchandise is returned in resalable condition. Remember to clearly label the outside of the package with your return authorization number (RA-0####) and include a copy of the RA inside the box.

 

For your convenience, we recommend using UPS or Fed Ex to ship the materials, as you can easily track the shipment to our warehouse. It is important to securely pack the materials in the carton to prevent any damage during transit, as damaged materials will not be accepted. Once we receive the returned items in our warehouse, please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be processed. Sharing the tracking number for your return can help expedite the process. Please note that return authorization numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
