We offer several convenient payment options:

One-Time Payment Link
To pay by credit card online, email your invoice number to customer.service@greatbooks.org. We will provide a secure, one-time payment link through Authorize.net.

Payment by Phone
Credit card payments can also be made by phone by calling 1-800-222-5870.

Bank Wire Transfer
For payment by bank wire transfer, please refer to the attached wire transfer instructions for complete banking and payment details.

U.S. Check by Mail
Checks drawn on a U.S.-based bank may be mailed to:

Purchase Orders

Please email all purchase orders to customer.service@greatbooks.org. Be sure to include the applicable quote number on your purchase order.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are Net 30, meaning payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Accounts with past-due balances must be brought current before new orders can be placed. We appreciate your prompt attention to outstanding balances to avoid delays in processing future orders.

JGBDC Accounts

For JGBDC accounts, timely payment is especially important. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services until the account is brought current.
