# How can I pay for my quote? Do you accept POs?

## Payment Options

**Yes, we accept POs. Please email POs to** [**customer.service@greatbooks.org**](mailto:customer.service@greatbooks.org)**.**

### Payment Options

**1. ACH/EFT Payments (Preferred)**  
Village Bank & Trust (Wintrust)

**2. One-Time Payment Link**  
To pay by credit card online, email your invoice number to [**customer.service@greatbooks.org**](mailto:customer.service@greatbooks.org). We will provide a secure, one-time payment link through Authorize.net.

**3. Check Remittance**  
Please mail checks to our new remittance address:

**4. Payment by Phone**  
Credit card payments can also be made by phone by calling **1-800-222-5870**.

### Purchase Orders

Please email all purchase orders to [**customer.service@greatbooks.org**](mailto:customer.service@greatbooks.org). Be sure to include the applicable quote number on your purchase order.

### Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are **Net 30**, meaning payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Accounts with past-due balances must be brought current before new orders can be placed. We appreciate your prompt attention to outstanding balances to help avoid delays in processing future orders.

### JGBDC Accounts

For **JGBDC accounts**, timely payment is especially important. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services until the account is brought current.
